Commercial floors that dust, chip or spall

Leroy's trade goes back to its railroad years: by 1914, the Texas State Historical Association records, it had two general stores, two groceries, a cotton gin, a lumber company and a private bank. Rail service ended in the mid-1960s, when the Missouri Pacific abandoned its Waco–Maypearl track.
